PAWAN UPADHYAY is the FOUNDER & CEO of RICHTREE CONSULTANCY SERVICES. He is a Small Business Digital Consultant and a Technology expert with 22+ years of experience in the design and development of Mobile & Web-based Applications. He has both traditional and contemporary technology experience in companies such as WIPRO, ISB, iGATE (Now CapGemini), and Royal Bank of Canada. He has immense knowledge and experience in Business Management and Software Development domains.

As a Founder and CEO, he plays a key role in defining the company’s strategy, sets and drives the Vision of the Company and provides the necessary Technology Direction, and creates the Business Strategy for the growth of the company.

PAWAN’S VISION for the company is to grow RICHTREE into one of the largest and most successful companies in India and across the Globe.

Prior to establishing The RICHTREE CONSULTANCY SERVICES (RCS), Pawan enjoyed a successful career at various multinational companies both in India and abroad. In 2013, left his lucrative corporate Job in Toronto, Canada, and returned to India to pursue his Entrepreneurial Dream. Pawan started his entrepreneur journey by starting an IT Company called DAKSH SERVICES in December 2013 along with a partner.
